Fresh live crab caught off the Washington Coast is typically available from November to early summer, depending on the season. When not in season; cooked frozen crab is available upon request.
Long line caught Oregon, Washington and Alaskan Black Cod is available seasonally from January to November. Available smoked and non-smoked.
Long line caught Oregon, Washington and Alaskan Halibut is available seasonally from
March to November.
Wild Sockeye, Coho and King Salmon fished from Alaskan waters is available seasonally from spring to late fall. Available smoked and non-smoked.

We provide fresh seafood to Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. We will be expanding to the East Coast soon! Matthew Mendoza, founder of Blackbeard Seafoods began his career in the commercial fishing industry as a greenhorn in Cordova, Alaska in the spring of 2012. Matthew sold everything he owned and bought a one way plane ticket to Cordova, AK. Knowing no one, with limited funds, he camped in the woods at the outskirts of town. On daily hikes to the docks, he asked everyone he could for a job. Within 3 weeks he was hired as a deck hand. Thus began his immersion into the commercial fishing industry. Matthew worked the Alaskan salmon fisheries, long lining, commercial diving harvesting SEA CUCUMBERS and WEST COAST CRABS. By 2014, Matthew began skippering commercial vessels in summer and fall, and deck handing in the winter. After sixteen seasons of fishing and being involved in many aspects of the commercial fishing industry, Matthew realized there was a hole in the industry. The ability to access truly fresh, high quality seafood in restaurants and to inland consumers was very limited. Much of the A Grade seafood caught off Alaskan and West Coast shores is sold to the highest overseas bidder resulting in a void in the local market. In 2017, Matthew made a decision to transition from the ocean to the land, and the dream of Blackbeard Seafoods began total shape as a reality....
